TripleReta is an independent tracker for retatrutide, the investigational GIP/GLP-1/glucagon receptor agonist developed by Eli Lilly. We aren’t affiliated with Lilly. We cover trial results, regulatory milestones and the science, and we do it neutrally.
Who we are
TripleReta is an independent, information-only research reference prepared by the TripleReta Research Desk. Pages summarise published research and regulatory records, and every factual claim links to its source so readers can verify it.

How this site works
Sources. We cite primary and authoritative sources: peer-reviewed studies on PubMed, trial records on ClinicalTrials.gov, and official pages from the FDA, Health Canada, the EMA and WADA. Every factual claim links to its source.
Evidence labels. We say what kind of study a finding comes from (cell, animal, small pilot, randomized trial, meta-analysis) because that changes what it means.
Regulatory status. Every page about a specific compound states whether it is FDA-approved, under review, investigational or unapproved, and the date we last checked.
What we never publish. No dosing information, no administration or preparation guidance, no usage regimens, no seller recommendations, no personal health advice, and no disease claims for any product.
Independence. Advertisers and affiliate partners have no say over what we write or how we rate evidence.
Corrections. If we get something wrong, we fix it and add a dated correction note at the bottom of the article. Report errors via our contact page.
Updates. When a regulator, advisory committee or anti-doping body changes a compound’s status, we update affected pages within a week.
Use of software tools. We may use software to help find studies, draft outlines and translate pages. Every factual claim links to its source for verification.
Not medical advice
TripleReta is an information-only research resource. Many compounds discussed are investigational or not approved by the FDA. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Affiliate and advertising disclosure
TripleReta may earn money from display advertising and from some links to products such as books, skincare, test kits or wearables. When a link earns us a commission, we label it clearly next to the link, for example: “Paid link: we earn a commission if you buy.” This disclosure follows the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255). We never take payment to recommend any drug, we never link to sellers of “research peptides”, and we do not promote telehealth or prescription programs.
